Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These terms are a practical product draft and should be reviewed before paid launch. PromptPay Copilot is provided to help businesses track invoices, payment deadlines, reminders, documents, and proof. It is not legal, accounting, tax, or collection advice.
PromptPay Copilot is intended for business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, invoices, documents, reminders, notes, and records you enter or upload.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs in your workspace. If team access is added, workspace owners and admins will be responsible for managing users and permissions.
PromptPay may store uploaded documents, invoice records, payment follow-up records, reminders, and evidence packet information. You should only upload documents you have the right to store and use.
PromptPay does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or collection advice. Evidence packets, reminders, and payment follow-up tools are organizational tools only. Consult a qualified professional before making legal, tax, accounting, or collection decisions.
The billing page may display plans and usage limits. Live subscription activation is not active yet, and no card is charged from the billing page yet. Future paid billing is expected to use Helcim.
PromptPay is currently an MVP. Features may change, improve, or be removed as the product evolves. We may update these terms as the product moves toward paid launch.
For product, account, billing, or support questions, use the support page until a dedicated support mailbox and help desk workflow are added.
